ok i start up CA and i select region, channel , then room but while in room thats in game i will hit start and it will say im in game but im still in room lobby. I usaully play CA all the time and this has never happened. Please help me

Download one of the combat arms cleaners, if that doesn't work re-install combat arms.

i'm pretty sure that's nexons fault .
anyway last time i had that i just had to restart combat arms .

Yep happens to me too, but I think it's your internet it might have spike lagged at that point.
