I'll just copy paste what I wrote about them in my other reply :3

First aRev had a backdoor, then when called out on it they removed it saying that there wasn't any.
Then when people started crying about the new client they claimed that aIW put a backdoor in their new client, not them.
Yesterday they announced that they've been 'accidentally' sending out viruses via their updater and will now stop doing that.

Ye, seems legit.. and compiling open source code != "putting a lot of work into this"..

Also, if you have to play there, join one of my servers, just a lot of fun :3

Well, so far they have 'accidentally' released two trojans..

In their new "IW4M2 crack" there's plenty of references to another projects site and there's also a few copy/pasted functions containing the sample code (ftp@ example.com, linking https://curl.hax*****/rfc/cookie_spec.html etc.). Oddly enough, many of those functions are related to FTP and encryption..

So ye, first they 'accidentaly' had backdoors in their clients and additional programs creating rootkits and now they are putting a lot of effort into trying to get encrypted FTP sessions working.. I suppose that's one way to remove all those pesky 'false positives'..

But ye, you can make up your own mind..

Definitely shady. I heard you can use the old aIW dll's on there though? Just redirect the DNS via editing the HOSTS file.

1 thing I don't get, you need to get the REAL Version of CoD Mw2 Mp on Steam to play @ FD1 right? so if you don't have it you can't play on FD1 like me,
so i need to play now on aR... @ own risc ...
