    SCETool v0.2.7

    Hello fellow MPGH members,

REVIVE here bringing you another release from the scene and today I have for you naehrwert's SCETool v0.2.7. This tool/utility is more aimed at developers but if your curious then you can give it a shot too, just make sure you do your homework before messing around with anything.

    Quote From The Source:
Developer naehrwert, with the help of flat_z, has once again updated his SCETool. SCETool v0.2.7 is a tool designed originally by fail0verfl0w, but has been improved over and over by naehrwert. This tool was made/updated with the intention of helping individuals to better understand the PS3's firmware and packages. That being said, this tool is only really useful to scene developers.

    Version 0.2.7:
    - Added local NP license handling.
    - Added option to override klicensee.
    - Added option to disable section skipping (in SELF generation).

If You are missing the zlib1.dll from your computer then download it from here:
