Good Free MySQL database finding

Hello, guys ! I've been wondering where's to find good, only-MySQL hosting. I'm making login system, and need to make MySQL database for making, counting up users and giving access to loader. If you found one, please give me link.

Dunno if you can get mysql-only hosting at an affordable price, but most (even free) hosts have mysql included. Personally I recommend you take a look at bplaced or the likes

Just make a php interface and use bplaced. That's my recommendation
