No They Will Not See That Your Using Hack In Replay FOR EXAMPLE: You Use See Ghosts Hack And Someone Save Replay It If The GM See The Replay They Will Just Take A Look At Your Moves And Shooting Styles They Just Review And Make Decisions

Well, I think if you caught yourself cheating the replay will record what you have done, for example you played with chams if you save it the characters will have chams also but not sure/ anyway, you will not report yourself don't you?

If you have turned on a feature like wallhack then you save replay all you have to do before viewing the replay is turn it off x)
