Run PerX from desktop as Admin
What to Inject: Engine.exe
How to inject: Auto
After injection: Quit when finished
Browse: Fine hack.dll location
then start CombatArms_Direct.exe as Admin

Used Extreme injector instead. Injected properly then the box popped up saying Created by shadow and ussr. launched CA but nothing happens when I press the numbers

I injected, but my injector wont close and I set it on automatically and im using PerX

I placed the MSVCR100D.dll in my System 32 file. I also left one in the same file where my injector is. It still tells me:
"The program can't start because MSVCR100D.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
