To do MW2 infections you must have a Jailbroken PlayStation Console which at this point in time requires the installation of a flasher kit. You can however look in Hardcore SnD and possibly find a lobby but it's a long shot.

The only infections that are popular nowadays on MW2 would be UAV (including aim assist) and infected mod menus.

The UAVs are extremely easy to obtain since A LOT of people host and without any costs, but the mod menu is kind of hard to get since you'd have to be in a modded or challenge lobby to be infected with it.

I got Only UAV ( No aim assist yet ) and I got Mod Menu. I used to do them for $ but now i do them free and since i got no time To host them everyday i just do it somethiems on wekeends
