Yes it is, since it has 2 textures, 1 is the Base texture, and the other one, is a darker Texture(which you need to Overlay as Color Dodge on top of the base texture)

But since You manually Combined it, it won't look as impressive as the real one

It won't really look good, because as they said the glow/shiny gfx is serversided. It will look like an uncolored version, and pretty much dull.
