One more thing I wanted to bring is that pressing F11 = No Recoil will also stop other features such some animations.

Not sure if intended just wanted to bring it to the table.

If you step in front of a chicken and press F11 the chicken will stop moving nor you can kill it

Yeah, Nightmare can we remove the sound occlusion and make it a different hot key please. it is really annoying that I cannot hear anything in game other then my own sounds. Thank you.

Hmmmm my recent discovery seems to cancel all surrounding sound effects. Very well I shall remove it. You will then get a small flash blindness when affected by concussion, flash grenades and recon drone but you will not be fully blinded by the flash.
