2) Download the right attachment (32/64 bit)
3) Replace the original Dll with the one found in the attachment

Thank you! I use the quick selection tool so much for my modding, and it is just horrible in CS5. Gotta select the gun, then unselect the background (which also unselects some gun parts) then reselect the gun parts and unselect background parts until it finally only selects the gun.
