    Well, to run a "News Team" or a newspaper, first of all you need to have superb and outstanding grammar. You think someone's gonna read a newspaper when it's hardly even written in English? Now, what would your newspaper be about, and what different sections would it have? If you were thinking of a section for user bans, and group changes; you'd have to have some kind of page on MPGH that keeps track of this. Not sure if there already is, but... If someone that is known gets banned - it'd be newsworthy.
