Does VAC ban me for using this hack?

Is this working for private servers such as TeknoMW3?

if we can set specialist killstreaks as 1-2-3 kills required,can't we do the same with assault/support killstreaks? maybe by using it we would lose the ability to don't lose the killstreaks after death...but 1 kill=ANYTHING you want...so OP...
