Yes they are rare as it was a one time thing(unless of course it happens again) but as of now, the entire Noel collection is rare in my case and does boost the value of your account by $10, maybe $15.

Its actually one of the rarest guns in AVA right now. There are more noel HK417's then there are noel aks's, no one bought them in the event and they wont be back. I have one on my main tho
