Clearly tells you what you can and only need to do.
When you get on the page, you have to fill in the rest yourself.

Your Login ID is the ID that you use to log into z8games or crossfire. That goes in that box.

The email registered on the account that got stolen. Since that changed, you won't be able to fill it out.

Security Question - When you registered, you put a security question and an answer when you were registering. It is used for times like this or to change your email. Since the hacker has a new email placed on the account, he probably changed the security answer of that as well.

Account Creation Date - If you can remember when your account was created, then fill that in. You might not know the exact number, but because you registered for z8games to play crossfire, you should check out your hacked accounts profile page and then look at the join date. It won't give the day it was created, but it'll at least give the month and the year.

IP Address - The IP the account was created on. Again, you need to submit your IP to them in that box. Even though it says optional, you should do it to increase your chance of regaining access to your account.

If you have used Paypal to buy ZP on your account, then you can use the transaction ID's that are given after every purchase to get your account back as well.

If you don't have a Metin2 account, then ignore whatever it says.

After that just enter what you would want your new security question to be. Wait until Z8games Send to you the information
