Have you considered trying to join a non pb server. If you can join that then you've been banned. Herpaderpa.

In the main post it was stated they they had been trying for 2 days and getting the same error.............Once the timer gets to 0 it gets reset.

In my opinion, you should give it a go and make a ban appeal by following all the guidelines over here: PBBans | Always Quality over Quantity and you really should stop hacking

Any nondescipt numeral value following a ban is most generally perma-ban if you have been kicked from PB servers in the past. And if you used the new "notshrooms" hack, that is most likely why you got banned. You could very well make a ban appeal, but I would first change your Origin ID if I were you(besides your profile picture) so other members commenting on the ban appeal will be less prone to shout: "OMGAWD HES A HAXOR DONT UNBAN HIM". 99% of the time, if you were hacking, is PB discovered suspicious activity, took a screenshot, and analyzed it. In that case, you are usually CLEARLY a hacker, and they will NOT unban you. Give it your best effort, but as far as playing BF3 again; get a new CD key and wait for the heat on your IP adress from PB to go down. Play straight up for a while, and then use hacks which are discreet(use PBSSB or a similar software), ones that dont leave visible traces on remote screenshots. Otherwise, you're back to square one. If you want to hack, hack smarter, not harder. Otherwise, you're back on the ban-train.
