I found this during browsed skin maker's cloud storage. The skin named "Champion 2012" according to skin maker and I quoted "this skin will be given to Champion of SAVA however most of competitors are use mainly m4a1 mk3(noob gun)". He also mention "Why give the combs to bald guys anyway." lmao

@[A.Y.H] Why don't you participate in IESF then may be they will give you more badass skin than this =P

They're given to winner who use only m4a1 mk3. I think they should give m4a1 mk3 champion skin instead. I told skin maker "you're lucky in CAVA we gave M4A1 TGA to champion which very very OP. Good thing our AVA are ruined for a long time."
