I looked on Youtube their wasn't any tutorials or atleast I didn't see any..

BTW, you can export it to your desired location as a .wmv/.wav file using a C4D plugin

Somewhere at the top, choose render, and select your settings, you'll have to go through the menus of each of the little tabs...
