First one is on progress, other one is open.

That's what I categorized my ticket by. Even if you submit a ticket in the wrong category, they analyze the content of the ticket and based on that, they re-categorize it. They changed my ticket category from "Account cancellation" to "Ban appeal." After they re-categorized, I have yet to hear from a GM about it. So Nico's definitely right about them totally ignoring all Ban appeals.

If you get no feedback from them within a few days about your ticket, you can submit a ticket about a ticket, like what I did.
