Yesterday when I decided to play BF3, I could not sign in, cuz login and password were incorrect. I tried to restore the password, but logging on my e-mail I found a letter from EA with theme "password recovery" (or something like that). And I noticed that the June 3, I received a letter that my e-mail from an account that has been changed to "s89272432651@yandex.ru" but I not changed it I do not even know whose it e-mail. I tried to write in support but they said that I was telling them the wrong information about birth date although this is the correct date. Please help me with this I want to get my account back.

A week ago, a Frenchman stole my account and also I didn't remember the date of birth given at registration. I found somewhere receipt, which I made the picture. I had my account after 6 hours. Try it. Other way is talking about your account at Live Chat. And CHANGE YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD! Also I can recommend Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program. He is doing this what your Anty Virus cannot. He will destroy all Trojans, Keyloggers etc. etc.

Your're screwed. Try get a ss of your payin check out / information, so you can have proof that your game is yours, you might be lucky and get it back. If not, I'm afraid your done :/

With no proof of owner ship you will need to know the name on account and the date of birth that was given when you registered the game, If you do not have or know that info EA will be unable to help you get your account back, and you will need to buy a new copy of the game

In that case, you must have proof of purchase somewhere. You had to do the transfer. In a bank account somewhere in the old transfers you need to have this transfer for the game.

this i find hard to understand your asking where your proof is for a game you apparently paid for if its digital then its gotta be through origin which you would still get an email to confirm how you paid which you should of printed off for a hard copy but this whole thread looks like a total blag if you have no way to prove how you paid for it then it was never yours if you did have proof of purchase you would not be here as you would get your account back i have had this done no1 here can help you this thread is pointless get on to EA with your proof!

This happened to me one time, but with my steam acc, that has 86 games, all of them payed, and couldn't login in and then i talk to the support team and after hours of talking about secret answers(i forgot all of them) i remembered that i still had the recipe from like 23 games of my steam account, i sent them those recipes and they restart all the account data, id pw secretanswer, everything, unless the games.. so yeah, noone cares, but after that, i like to have all games recipes that i buy..
