If you're asking for Game Modes to play, I'm not sure. Something fast pace where you can pickup a lot of them.

Back then when you could boost with lifetaker in last man standing, you could amass dozens of cases. I remember getting 100+ cases when they increased the drop rate to something ridiculous like x3 or x5, and I would get a case every 1-15 "kills".

Now it's completely random, and as far as I know, there is no easy way to get them.

Yeah I remember on my lifetaking account I had a thousand EXP passes, that's all I really want out of them.
