i even activated all powers f1 to f8
just to check

so am i missing something here?

just enter and leave your safehouse and you'll be able to see the diamonds on the map

Enter the safehouse after any cheats are enabled.. then return. You'll see the diamonds then.

turn off ALL Antivirus programs, this happened to me too, antivirus detects it as a virus, and blocks you from accessing it

I get still same "cannot execute" i have Mcafee i closed it by (ctrl+alt+del) and then close mcafee but still get the message
