I NEED HELP... RIGHT NOW

my system runs as windows vista, i downloaded the hack and Both COPYED + pasted it in the combat arms folder and extracted, i editted it with my MPGH in the ini. i have turned off the UAC. im not sure if i have net framework 1.0 and 2.0. i saved the hack on my desktop and actually posted the folder in combat arms, still not working. i tried running as administraitor, still nto working... i've followed all of the instructions, includeing Post thanks at our Public Combat Arms thread desparate hopeing that it would work!
some 1 help me plx.
