2. It is not a *no-recoil hack* if recoil was clientsided it would be noticable for everyone
3. If this was an existing hack, it would be *no spead hack* -> which is SERVERSIDED.
4. This is only for the client and has no effect on your accuracy

You can still change the numbers in the config, doesnt mean patched. They released an update which means that the config files got replaced. I am 99% sure you can re-do this.

Why this wont work: The function in the game that read that line and applied it to the UE3 engine's crosshair code is no longer present. Nothing you can do will change that unless you start messing with injectable codes.
