MSVCR100.dll problem! maybe more. (Updated with a video)

Hello, I have read the section of how to properly use DLL's. I have downloaded the files that I needed but I do not think they are helping my problem. Now to get to my problem, I have using Xipher CA 1.5.dll hack. I am currently using NYS injector. I used Xipher CA 1.4 in the past before the update, And now I've downloaded the updated version of Xipher, I use the injector and the window comes up "Waiting for combat arms" I start the launcher for combat arms after that is done another window pops up saying

"Engine.exe -Entry Point Not Found. (The procedure entry point ??1_nonReentrantPPLLockHolder@details@Concurrency@ @QAE@EZ could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR100.dll.

Now, I have the file MSVCR100.dll in my combat arms folder also I tried placing it in my system 32 but seems I already have that file there. I took it out of my combat arms folder and tried again, then I took it out of the system 32 and tried. But nothing seems to being fixing the problem. here is a video of what I tried to explain, I hope this will help alot. (Sorry I got lost at the end of the vid) =P

Where did you get "MSVCR100.dll". Don't tell me you got it off Google. Delete it from the Combat Arms folder and download it from here:

Also, @Xipher is not only your hack having the issue...
Seems like I get the error for all hacks.

If you still have the problem with the .dll after downloading and putting it in the correct folder, download Microsoft Visual Express C++ and it's packages.
