Combat arms continual crash

I'm new and have read a lot of helpful information so far i have wiped my temp folders and it actually sped up the game (no lagging) and about 5 minutes into the game it crashes.

here's some backstory: i uninstalled and clean dl this file, on my last hard drive the same thing i mean I don't think it's my graphics card or processor, and can't figure this out, i just need some help to get this not to crash anymore, sorry for the typos i'm lazy and tired.

OT: Are you using any hacks or do any error messages appear?

No Jyzz (lol at your user name) i don't hack and no error messages appear i did delete the ending banner from the folder i forgot to mention that...At first everytime it crashed the ending banner popped up. but other than that everything is as is on first down load.

Deleting the loading banner shouldn't be a problem; I always delete mine and it runs just fine.

Move CAV.exe and uploader.exe to any folder, delete all files ". log" in folder "blackcipher" and all files in folder "ETC" or get a combat arms cleaner then download a progam called "CCleaner", run it, and finally start the game.

also by any folder you mean in the nexom folder, like "juke box" or "game"

and by .log do you mean the .txt files or the aes files i don't see a .log file. god i feel dumb.

Okay let me get this straight, delete all the files in black cipher folder and then delete all the files in folder marked "etc" there is not an etc., should i delete the debug txt documents and the other aes file? here is a pic sorry for my noobness

Delete all those debug files, go to blackcipher folder and delete files with ".log" e.g "blackipher. log" (appear as text files), next go to "C:\Nexon\Combat Arms\Game\ETC" and remove all in that folder

alright I was so tired last night i was up until two working on it, I messed it up bad now i will re install it and follow your instructions verbatim delta, now that i'm clear on it. also do i really need ccleaner?

I actually got to play a couple of games and level up! it crashed twice and i tried it a third time and worked for an hour XD so happy, thanks everyone for your help especially you Delta. still crashing though but not nearly as often :3 i can live with it.

Okay guys, First of all thank you to Eminem and Mpgh for reopening this thread, and second I'd like to apologize for taking so long to reply back and post updates.
Well here I am a few days later and It's crashing again. Here is a few things i'm about to attempt, I will dump all of my temp folders and see if there are any .log in the black-cipher folder, and delete them. also delete the debugging txt files. I will report back shortly. (if anyone has advice other than these things i am already doing to keep crashes at a minimum let me know; all of my specs are posted in this thread if someone has a question about what i'm running it on.)
