Error uploading file

i got error try to upload a rar file and a jpeg image

i give up on uploading file, try firefox beta, chrome, internet explore isn't respond to mpgh.net, this time it just said fail upload file, but i could upload a small file like 5.7 kb,but not the combat picture take in game about 257kb include the .rar file with mod in it @Eminem /request close
