How to make hacks

Ok I'm sorry I know this is in wrong section but plz just help me and I'll remove it after
Or at the very least tell me where to post this

I'm wondering where all of the recent and up to date coders learned to do what they do
I know u must know c++
Where can I go to learn that (not just those crappy beginner ones but a full (like a class) tutorial of c++)

And could anybody inform me where I could go to talk to a coder and have him walk me through the steps in which u find all the information need for hacks such as (wallhack, speed hack, aimbot, Etc)

And yes I'm not stupid I know this could take months to learn everything
