    As far as my knowledge goes you won't be banned, I got banned on PB Servers but I could still play on Non-PB servers.

    u can be banned by admins on non-pb servers but they cannot ban u from game like in pb

    Watch out for GCC. It's another form of punkbuster but run by others on non pb and pb servers. They can ban you from all gcc servers.
