I know people could do namechanger a long time ago, would be the same way as doing that however add a timer to do so everytime you respawn.

Nexon has never released any notes suggesting a name change hack has been patched. Seeing as though it is (or was) such an uncommon hack, it would not have much publicity is probably still available.

It would be the same idea as adding like [Admin] before your name. which is possible. I might look into this further when I get some free time. Thanks for the idea!
