Yes you can get it from the roundskipper. You just need to finish the game with all boxes. Your chances however are very slim. The mask is rarer then the Anaconda so it may take a while for you to get it.

Edit: I thought you meant the roundskip hack. I dont know about the add gun hack so, I have no clue. I DO know that you can get it from roundskip. Just finish or skip the game with all boxes.
