Yes, that's Adobe's Switchboard thingy. It should even come signed with some certificates or something, if you can be bothered to check. The rest of the entries all look okay too

Rename it to ILoveCookies if it makes you feel better, it's a legit component of Adobe's PS suite that you obviously have installed.
