Glycerine CA NA v2.1 dll Problem!.. Please Help!

Could anybody help... Glycerine CA NA v2.1 dll isn't working... Every time I Hack, After i turn the hacks on and get some kills ^_^... It crashes combat arms... I tried this a few times and it has done it repetitively... PLEASE HELP!

I tried that (Xipher) But nothing is showing up... and the thing that concerns me is that is says "Xipher v1.6 Injected!"
