Where it says Elite kick, is this an auto kick? or does it vote a kick and shows on the screen whos trying to kick him/her?
And voice spam, can you choose what voice it spams?

Elites way of kicking is diffrent they have the power to auto kick you instead of having to cast a vote so yeah its normal just dont go into elite rooms!
