Here is the Pre-Release of the V3

Load up an Xhair Image (can be any IMG format, but the best is PNG)
And it will be showed on the center of the screen, if you type in a corect game process name, it will move the Xhair to the center, of the game's window
With Precisioning, you can move to the best position for you

 

If dont work with a game, run it on windowed mode, it should fix the problem (Example: Killing Floor)
Works well with crossfire (Still dont tested, but it should)
Still not contain built-in Xhair Image, you must give one...

Compiled on Win 8 x86, i think its only work with Win7 and above
