Minecraft Advertisement Banner tips?

What do you guys think of it, and can you give any tips?
I'm currently using this to advertise my server and would like an honest opinion.

I know, it just seems that it is a different style than the rest and doesn't really fit in? And I think you should slow it down a bit, it seems a tad fast.

Well the background of the banner looks kinda boring.. Try adding something new to the backround instead?

Oh and blue and blue doesnt look that attractive, in my opinion.

Maybe Lighten the Opacity of the Stroke, it stand's out to much.

and the text is moving way to fast

You should make the background move, like the lava/water flow, it would look cooler. Like a GIF

You should change the font to MineCrafter Font | dafon*****m make the background look more interesting with what all the players created, and show thats it really differnt from all the servers out there.

Give the text a gradient (top light blue to bottom dark blue [not royal blue though]). Give it a 1 pixel black stroke. It'll look pretty ace.
