Can someone explain the way pushtoconsole bases work

Hey so i just wanted to gain more knowledge about those bases how do they work and what does pushtoconsole need to work?

Ok.
So Push To Console works by Using Console commands, and calling the 'RunConsoleCommand' function which is located in Combat Arms.
You 'push' the command to the function as a parameter, and then the game does the rest for you.

Kind of like 'noclip 1' on Counter Strike (I'm sure you've done it before) but through code and through a .DLL file.

If you read through some posts on this forum, they go into extensive lengths on how it works.
