Can't register for Nexon

Hey, guys. I just found out about Vindictus and wanted to play it. Unfortunately, after repeated attempts to verify my account, I'm stumped on how to get past the damn "There has been an error with the service. Please try reloading the page." message. I've sent a couple tickets to support, and after the first reply I never heard back. Was my IP banned for some stupid reason, or what? I've tried account generators, too, none of them are working. Can someone make one for me, then? Apparently that is my only option... Could someone help me out with this?
