Technically... yes. In reality... no. This utilises the modification of memory, which is bannable, however as it is not a well known Memory Editor and it only modifies memory for a very small amount of time the risk is quite low. But as always, use at your own discretion...

I don't see how they would know that you force-hosted, unless you used some other mod while host, and showing that you obviously are modding/hacking. The only possible way they would know that occurred is if they knew what the game starting with only one person in the lobby meant, in which case they are modders/hackers themselves... plus, the only truly effective means for reporting involves sending the .demo file to BanWarden (As identified in the sticky post), and since you are not using other mods and hacks, there's nothing for them to really detect

I don't believe you failed at all... But nonetheless it would be near on impossible for you to get banned because of the reports of the other players, as both banWarden (and the team) and VAC would have nothing to detect.

Unfortunately I don't believe so, as it functions by 'starting' a game with you the only one in the lobby (forcing you to be host)... If you were to do it manually then you could be partied, but that requires knowledge and use of CE...

Not really, and besides this one adds a gorgeous layer of usability and extra features i haven't seen much of elsewhere. I say good job @NightmareTX

But doesnt have the ability to modify max players in a lobby. Each of the versions has their strong points, no need to put any of them down.

I didn't really try to take it down, just saying. But yeah you got you're point it includes set players, I'm pretty lazy to read the stuff and features, sorry
