    Permanent ban?

    I was trying stuff with Artmoney and suddenly I couldn't get on AVA anymore. It said my account has been terminated because of use of unapproved 3rd party software. Is this is permanent ban? I assume it is.

    Yes, unless another message was shown telling you the date the ban expires it is a permanent ban.
