Good:

• Everything works, except the 3 that I will mention below.
• UNDETECTED AS OF 7/7/12 3:15PM EST
• Weapon tele, anti-kick, and insta spawn are very helpful ^.^
• Been playing for a long time, no crash yet.

Bad:

• Aimbot is way off when aiming for any body part.
• NPC OPK doesn't seem to work.
• Rapid fire is working but if you go right twice from "Off" in the menu to "Instant" or whatever it is, you'll crash.

If you're having problems:

• Make sure you're using the PerX injector
• Running as admin if you're on a Win Vista or Win7 system
• Process name is "Engine.exe" without the quotation marks

I'm helping people, not complaining lol. I'm helping Pikamucha by stating what needs to be fixed and helping the general hack users by saying rapid fire will crash them, giving some basic troubleshooting steps, and telling everyone that it's still undetected.

It's a hack review with some troubleshooting for peeps having problems; not a complaint. Read my post.

Use PerX and automatic injection. You won't need to push an inject button or anything like that.

make sure you have the latest C++ 2010,
if you have windows 7 64-bit you must have C++ 2010 x64 & x86 Redistribution- version 10.0.40219
I'm not sure about widows 7 32-bit

1/3 errors fixed now i get d3d9.dll is missing and this The procedure entry point WinSqmAddToStream could not be located in the dynamic link libary ntdll.dll

you need to get those missing .dll files and put them into Windows>System32

Alright, after complaining about Combat Arms not working, I deleted the "Combat Arms" folder and re-installed the game, finally it worked.
Works great, except for aimbot, I'm not going to complain, it's free and for the most part works well. Great job!
(Note: I used Portal Injector)

ditto! could not have said it better, really for free i always have said nospread, norecoil, and chams is all we really need. anything more i feel the coder should be compensated to some degree.

I was having the same d3dx9_43.dll error to but i installed the .NEt framework 4.5 beta and the d3dx9_35.dll file in the CA folder and made a copy and renamed it to "d3dx9_43.dll" without the quotations still keeping the original file and the hack finally poped up. Also make sure your firewall is turned off. ignore attachment plz

Some of you need to learn that NPC = Non Player Character.
Which means npc opk will only work in fireteam mode or modes that have AI.

If it's crashing for you try using Black Light on it.
Add about 94-100 KBs.
(Note; Crashed for me after it finished loading, added 94 KBs with Black Light and it's worked like a charm so far!)
