Can Nexon really Ban IPs?

I was using PiKaMucha_Itu hack and i use Black Light v1 to make undetected, i add about 110kb to make it undetected so it work. And i was playing a match about 3 mins ago and and i was aimbot killing everyone in map and some told me in the mic "Nexon is going to Ban your IP address and you won't be able to make a new accounts or play nexon's games". Is this true can nexon really ban my ip? If they do banned my IP address , how can I bypass it?

They can IP ban your PC sort of like a console ban for Xbox.

You can't make new accounts, but you can still play their games, its what happened to me.
Just use another computer to create accounts or use a VPN/Proxy or get friends.

Yes Nexon can really ban IP's. It's called an IP ban.
