How do you host your own website?

And I mean for free, because I'm a poor lad.


Also, please don't spam me with shit like *********, I don't like having The Search Engine that Does at InfoWeb.net


I tried ****, but it seems like I can only link them?

I need a basic list where I can write stuff in and maybe a search engine so you can search for things in that list.


It's for a site where players can report LoL trolls and have them added to a blacklist so you can watch out for them

byet host (google it)

For domain:
You can use byet's free subdomain or a tk domain. However, seriously, .net domains cost <$10/year, no excuse not to get one.

If you're not too demanding, bplaced.net is the best free host without a single doubt. No forced ads, only their ErrorDocument pages (404 etc.) display an ad. And you can even change them with ease. If you're looking for a domain and prefer quality over price, Gandi.net is pure awesome. Otherwise any major shitfest liek Goddady, Enom, Encirca, Name etc.

Just checked out gandi.net, overcharges for domains like fuck. Godaddy is way cheaper

Mm, depends what you're in the market for I guess. I don't do much with my domains after I set up their DNS servers and I've never had any problem with them

It's always better to spend money in the end. You don't need to worry about something being too unreliable and you get better support and quality.

For about $20 you can get a nice site going.
