How to delete perm weapons?

As the title says how do I do it? I just wanna remove all the weapons on my main to not get banned. I'm so stupid enough to do it and now I finding a solution to delete it. How do I delete these weapons?

someone posted good explanation (name- ThatOneGamer):

1. Start AVA

2. Open Cheat Engine

3. Run process for ava.exe in Cheat Engine

4. Drag the Red Duck Bat Pointer to the bottom of cheat engine.

5. Double click the address in the bottom.

6. Change the valve of the red duck bat to what you want.

7. Hit Ok.

8. Buy the Red Duck Bat

9. Check to see if that item appears. If its a "pistol" check the secondary slot. If it's a assault riffle, check "rifle man"

I recommend not to add timed items or the cherry

Impossible to delete some of them, Cherry can't be deleted, it got a negative on the deleting value, meaning it's impossible.
Just don't add it. You can make it deletable, but when you try to sell, you lose conection with the server, meaning that these info just don't match.
