Need Help to Make/Use a Base

So far, I can find addresses without a problem but I need a base.
I have look at Brimir's tutorial on how to make a base, but it is just jibberish jargon to my eyes.
I also looked at Ramo's Undetected base but that did not help.

If someone could help me make/supply a base where I just input addresses, that would be amazing.

Atleast point me in some direction...other than books, hah.
