(NOT BEGGING)
maybe you should ask in the source code section
Before even attempting to learn how to code hacks... You need to learn C++, which is a programming language. Don't think you can learn how to code hacks without it, because you'll find it amazingly difficult without learning C++.
Learning C++ is not a 10 minute thing. It could take a few weeks a minimum, to even 3 months or more for basic C++. Take your time and you'll be a good coder.

^ Above as @Hero mentioned.
OFF TOPIC:
If your going to learn C++, later if we have the power to make hacks, we could make hacks together as a team. And we can even name our team to something and recruit more hackers.
ON TOPIC:
Rather than just looking at books with a lot of words, it's the best if you watch a video about C++ with A LOT of examples. This is where youtube comes in handy. I'm looking at these tutorials by "iam4eversmart88", and he's an excellent instructor/teacher and gives a LOT of examples and is very descriptive.
Start from lesson 0, then work your way up to lesson 70. (I'm on lesson 51 pointers, part 3, major uses)
If you still prefer books, then go with what @Hero said above. Choose what best fits your learning style.
Good luck!

Pro Tip #1: Those videos are console only. If you want to know what console means, go to hack source code section or something like that. Console is not that important, windows application form is more important and useful. Don't spend too much time on those videos, you can just stop right after pointers (you have to watch until pointers though), then move on to windows form application. Windows form application coding and console coding are COMPLETELY different.
Pro Tip #2: Ask @giniyat101 for help /
u should learn c++
