COMBAT ARMS HELP

My combat arms seems to crash whenever im doing to much. Like when im using hacks, it will run fine. but if i lay to many meds or turn on rapid fire or do anything that causes a low FPS, it will just crash. This happens with and without hacks. But without hacks less. I use current hacks so nothing is outdated. What can i do to not crash? i used advanced system care, CCleaner,Gamebooster, and turned combat arms on high with task manager. What more can i do? Thanks for any help in advance. Also, if you know anything about graphics cards, what would be a good affordable graphics card . i mean anything under 130 bucks. I want to be able to play call of duty and combat arms on it without a hassle. thank you very much.
