    Get a good supplement stack. Whey protein shake + Nitric Oxide booster should be fine.

    Day 1 - core + cardio. Goal: 500 crunches, 5 mile jog.
    Day 2 - Cardio, 10 mile jog
    Day 3 - Brutal core workout. 500 crunches, 500 leg lifts, 500 situps on one side, 500 on the other.
    Day 4 - Light cardio. 10 mile power walk.
    Day 5 - bursting. 1/4 mile sprints. Do 50 by the end of the day.
    Day 6 - Core. Pullups with leg lifts. Same with knees. Do 100 of each. After, sit do you're doing a half situp, pick up a five pound weight, and turn your waist from side to side with the weight going to your right, then your left. Both sides equals one rep. Do 500.
    Day 7 - Rest and relax.
    Repeat.

    You will also need a multivitamin and omega 3 supplement. Do your cardio as soon as you wake up to boost your metabolic and anabolic rate for the crunches.

    This method will show results in two months guaranteed. It's impossible to just jump into it. That's why he should work to his exhaustion point, otherwise his abs will look like shit, uneven, misshapen, or just poor in general. My regiment produces muscular, toned, rock hard abs that look fantastic.

    300 a day, that is a hard amount.

    And how much days do I need to do that before I can see the abs?
