if someone are proven guilty of 1st degree murder dont you think they should be given the death sentence? and i dont mean the death sentence to where you sit on death row for 20 years and end up dying from illness or old age

yeah death penalty is good, its stupid if you let them go, either death of prison4life, that discourages the acts and also puts away the bad people.

based on the decision of a competent jury you will go free with no charges
tho competent people are very hard to find now days...

i think that it is perfectly acceptable to take a life for a life. especailly for child offenders

if you rape or murder a child you should be put in the firing squad. given the injection. electric chair.
