Best plan to level Kai?

there used to be this pastebin file with the best route to level 70 including which quests do what and what commands help u reach the areas faster, ect. does anyone remmeber this ? back then u can also summon drop items and hand them in to quests XD obviously cant do that anymore but anyway whats your plan to level up your kai ??

Best way might to be to just play legit. No one wants a bunch of noob level 60 Kais running around anyway.
