Whats your opinion of Nexon North America?
Mine is that they are horrible at taking care of there players, banning players for no reason, and a lot of other stuff.

They don't have good customer service, but their game isn't that bad overall. Much better than CF in any case

Hate or love, Nexon needs to improve their customer service and instead of realising dumb ass youtube videos actually start working on the game.

I reckon they're doing pretty well for a company who is looking after over 5 million players and continuously improving their game.
They also run a pretty quick response system (which caters for over 1k players each day) which may seem pretty slow to you guys, but to the support team they work extremely hard to try get every ticket solved/answered.

They did choose wrongly with their Anti-Hack, but as they're under a contract, it's not easy to just switch.

I dont understand why you guys hate Nexon so much..
They actually respond to their community, and give great events!
They may need to hire a few more staff in the Support side of Nexon, but apart from that they're running pretty smoothly.

Like I said, if an update doesn't go accordingly (errors in programming, sudden realization of flaws/glitches) then updating may require more time.
I've seen program compilations start at morning, end finish off lunch time next day. Only to realize that there was a compilation error, which took another 1 & 1/2 day to compile the fixed version.

Well, the only thing Doobic Studios did was make the game, and some of the maps and modes. The rest of Nexon National have more modes and maps than South Korea's

There pretty bad aw giving me my rewards for SvS and logging in every single day for 4th Anniversary Gear.
